So redolent of summer, the embroidered tortoiseshell sits on a dense black velvet background with tiny cotton flowers and leaves. Bordered in continuous golden running stitch of silk rayon thread which has a lovely sheen. Slightly raised and backed with felt and cotton. Has a ribbon hanging loop or could be framed. Measures approx 9cm by 9cm. Keep out of direct sunlight and clean with a soft brush.
